Yes. Mended Soul Solutions is a private-pay practice. No insurance claims are filed and no record of your care exists in any third-party system. Your clinical information is protected by state and federal law, professional ethics, and the confidentiality architecture of this practice. You decide if, when, and to whom you ever disclose that you sought support.

Session fees for individual therapy are $250 for the initial intake session, $175 for a 60-minute session, and $150 for a 45-minute session. A sliding scale is available on a limited basis for qualifying clients — that conversation happens during the consultation call with honesty and without judgment

Mended Soul Solutions accepts insurance on a limited basis for individual therapy through select credentialed platforms. Insurance availability is limited and determined on a case by case basis. If you are hoping to use insurance please mention that when you reach out and we will let you know what is currently available. For clients whose insurance is not accepted a superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement through out-of-network mental health benefits. Contact your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network coverage before beginning services.

Yes. Virtual sessions are available for clients anywhere within the states of Georgia and Alabama. In-person sessions are available at the South Georgia office location. For clients requiring a higher level of privacy and discretion on-site sessions may be available — reach out directly to discuss.

Consultation calls are typically scheduled within 72 hours of initial contact. Your first full session is scheduled after the consultation and depends on current availability. The best way to find out is simply to reach out.

Payment for all sessions is due 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If payment is not received within that window the session may be cancelled. If you are experiencing a verified emergency please contact the office directly — fees paid in advance will be refunded as appropriate when the emergency is confirmed. Questions about payment arrangements can be discussed during your consultation call.

Mended Soul Solutions holds appointment times exclusively for each client. When a session is cancelled or missed without adequate notice that time cannot be filled by another client who may need it. Cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled session is charged at 50% of the session rate. No show without notice is charged at 100% of the session rate. If you need to reschedule please do so as early as possible using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting the office directly. Life happens — and that conversation can always be had with grace.

Yes. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, Mended Soul Solutions provides a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs to all private-pay clients before services begin. This document outlines the anticipated cost of your care based on your service type and expected session frequency. Your Good Faith Estimate will be included in your intake packet. That is always a possibility and it is worth naming honestly. If at any point the work is not serving you, you are free to say so. Mended Soul Solutions is not interested in hindering the care of clients being served. If another provider or approach would better meet your needs that conversation will be had directly and without pressure.
